The Nugget:
Psalm 1:2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.
My Comment:
The tenth title the Bible gives itself is the law of the Lord. The First Psalm is describing the blessed man. That is the man who is blessed by God. This man delights in the law of the Lord. He delights in it so much that he meditates about it day and night. We all need to keep this as our goal–to stay in God’s Word on a daily basis. Make it a part of our thinking day and night. That is the description of the blessed man and what he does on a regular basis. Make the Bible part of your life by reading from it every day. Take no shortcuts; accept no substitutes!
