My Comment:<\/strong><\/p>\n

I wonder if it might be the case that love is something we must learn or be taught. I remember that some of my high school students believed it was important to distinguish infatuation and lust from genuine love–at least that is what some wrote in their free writing compositions.<\/p>\n

The Apostle Paul has written what is one of the most famous descriptions of genuine love. He tells us that love is patient, it is never tired of waiting.<\/p>\n

Love is kind.<\/p>\n

Love does not envy. Love isn’t jealous.<\/p>\n

Love does not boast–it does not sing its own praises, it has no high opinion of itself.<\/p>\n

Love is not puffed up. Love is not arrogant, it has no pride.<\/p>\n
