The Bible tells He came for 3\u00a0reasons:<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

1. To demonstrate God’s Love for us<\/strong><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

\n

1 John 4.9-10 In this was manifested<\/div>\n
the love of God toward us , because that God sent<\/div>\n
his only begotten Son into the world, that we might<\/div>\n
live through him. 10. Herein is love, not that we loved<\/div>\n
God, but that He loved us, and sent His Son to be<\/div>\n
the propitiation (sacrifice) for our sins.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

2. To Save from sins<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

\n

\n
Matthew 1.21 And she shall bring forth a son , and<\/div>\n
thou shalt call his name Jesus: for He shall Save<\/div>\n
people from their sins.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

\n

Luke 19.10 For the Son of man<\/div>\n
is come to seek and save that which was lost.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Mark 10.45 For even the Son of Man came not to be<\/div>\n
ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a<\/div>\n
ransom for many.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

3. To Destroy the Works of the Devil<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

1 John 3.8 He that committeth sin is of the devil,<\/div>\n
for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For<\/div>\n
this purpose the Son of God was manifested,<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

Colossians 2.15<\/div>\n
And having spoiled principalities and powers he<\/div>\n
made a show of them openly triumphing over them<\/div>\n
in it.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n

A MIGHTY FORTRESS<\/div>\n
A mighty fortress is our God, a bulwark never failing<\/div>\n
our helper He amid the flood of mortal ills prevailing .<\/div>\n
For still our ancient foe doth seek to work us woe–<\/div>\n
His craft and pow’r are great, and armed with cruel<\/div>\n
hate on earth is not his equal<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

DID we in our own strength confide our striving would<\/div>\n
be losing, were not the right Man on our side, the Man of<\/div>\n
God’s own choosing. Dost ask who that may be?<\/div>\n
Christ Jesus, It is He—Lord Sabaoth His name, from<\/div>\n

age to age same–and He must win the Battle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

That He might destroy the works of the devil:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Hebrews 2.14 For as much then as the children are<\/div>\n
partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise<\/div>\n
took part of the same; that through death he might<\/div>\n
destroy him that had the power of death, that is,<\/div>\n
devil;<\/div>\n
