Daily Bible Nugget #321, Matthew 24:6, “but the end is not yet.”

The Nugget:

Mat 24:6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.

My Comment:

Notice that Jesus pointedly said, “but the end is not yet.”

Be careful as you hear, read, or watch the daily news that you are not misled.

If the Bible is true, and it most certainly is, then there will be no end.

Now that is an important point that almost no pastor, radio Bible teacher, Sunday school teacher, or Christian writer understands.

And in my very limited experience, the few individuals I have attempted to call attention to this fact (that there will be no end), will not believe it even if and even when I demonstrate to them that the Bible teaches that this earth will continue for ever, and people and nations will also continue to live on this planet for ever in their natural bodies just as we do now.

Everyone seems to be misinformed about how long Jesus will reign upon this earth. My Bible and yours states that our Lord Jesus Christ will reign forever, and that His reign shall never end. It is surprising to me how few people believe the Bible for what it says. See Luke 1:32, 33.

But I have explained all this before.

But remember that Jesus said, “The end is not yet.”

I am always ready to change my view when I encounter better evidence that requires it. Are you?
